PHON CHAROEN STEEL STORE

After years of saving little by little, Mr. Apichart, the founder, established a small business at Sathupradit Port in 1972. In the beginning, most of the works were house extension, renovation, door and window structural framings. Mr. Apichart was notably recognized for his integrity, devotion, punctuality, and straightforwardness in the work. The hands-on practice consequently brought confidence and trust, as well as respect from many suppliers and customers. In this pioneering era, given projects were from customers who resided in Yaowarat and Song Wat districts.

1976

PHON CHAROEN ENGINEERING PARTNERSHIP

Over the years, customers had trusted the Phon Charoen Steel Store with several larger-scale construction projects. With such expeditious growth, Mr. Apichart inevitably expanded and transformed the extension and renovation business to Phon Chareon Engineering Partnership in 1976. The new business specialized in construction of residential buildings, offices, factories, and warehouses, both small and large-scaled.

1990

M.K.S. ENGINEERING CO.,LTD

As the business had continued to flourish, Mr. Lathkamon and Mr. Sakul, the second-generation executives, consequently developed the organization structure to increase credibility and support greater growth. Phon Charoen Engineering Partnership was then rebranded and registered under the name M.K.S. Engineering Company Limited in 1990. No matter how the size and amount of projects have increased, the company has always adhered to three key values:   quality of the product, responsibility for the work and integrity towards the customers.
